You're in control of your data. Here's exactly how to remove your Veedly account and what happens when you do.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Your profile and content stay on Veedly until you delete the account using one of the methods on this page.

Our support team will call this number to confirm the deletion with you before anything is removed. You will also receive an email — please confirm from there as well, so we know the request came from you.

Reason for leaving

I understand that deleting my account permanently removes my profile, moments, highlights, showcases, celebrations, messages and uploaded media, and that this cannot be undone once processed.

Every request is verified before it is actioned. You will receive a confirmation email once the account has been deleted.

Not ready to leave for good?

Deleting your account from Settings deactivates it first — your profile and content stop being visible to everyone on Veedly straight away. If you change your mind, sign back in with the same credentials to restore your account exactly as you left it. To have your data erased permanently instead, use the request form above.

You can also make your account private, archive individual posts, or turn off notifications from Settings — all without deleting anything.

What gets deleted

Your profile, name, username, bio, avatar and contact details
Your Moments, Highlights and Showcases, including all uploaded photos and videos
Your celebrations, milestones, event plans and guest lists
Your comments, likes, saved items and watchlist
Your direct messages and conversation history
Your follower and following relationships
Your location data and search history
Your push notification device tokens
Vendor listings, packages, availability and portfolio media, if you are a vendor

What we may retain

A limited set of records survives deletion, only where the law requires it or where removing it would affect someone else:

Transaction, invoice and tax records we are legally required to keep
Records relating to an unresolved dispute, safety report or fraud investigation
Messages you sent that exist in another user’s inbox, and content other users independently saved
Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot be used to identify you

How long it takes

Your profile and content stop being visible to other users across Veedly.
Within 30 days
Verified email requests are actioned and your data is permanently erased from our active systems.
Within 90 days
Residual copies age out of encrypted backups and content delivery caches.
