The ground rules for using Veedly — written to be clear, fair and easy to understand.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veedly (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using Veedly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Veedly on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Veedly, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
You may not create accounts through automated means or impersonate others.
To keep Veedly a safe and welcoming community, you agree not to:
Post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive or infringes others’ rights.
Spam, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
Misrepresent your identity, services, pricing or availability.
Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
Vendors are subject to additional obligations:
Vendor accounts undergo verification and admin review before appearing in search.
All listings, portfolios and pricing must be accurate, original and lawful.
Vendors must interact professionally with users and honor confirmed commitments.
Veedly may approve, reject or suspend vendor accounts at its discretion.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Veedly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
Veedly’s name, logo, design and software are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.
Certain features — such as Ignite promotions or vendor verification — may require payment. Fees, billing terms and refund eligibility are disclosed at the point of purchase and are subject to the applicable pricing policy.
You may stop using Veedly at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or conduct that harms the Platform or its users.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Veedly is a discovery and coordination platform and is not a party to agreements between users and vendors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veedly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
